The Main Crop Project
The main crop project is an ambitious concept album, to be released in 4 self-contained 'EP' volumes. A final (full album) version, featuring all of the music + bonus content, will follow upon the eventual completion of the project.
Each volume is inspired by a particular season (summer, autumn, winter & spring; respectively). Each season is also explored from a different perspective, or ‘sub theme’ within the overall context.
This project will cover many musical styles and moods, interwoven and underpinned with ambient and focal sounds/soundscapes. This includes foley, nature FX and field recordings drawn from natural environments to create an absorbing listening experience.

Volume 1: Summer
This first edition, inspired by Summer, incorporates ambient and focal field recordings as well as elements of flamenco, dub-reggae, classical and west-African musics - to name but a few.
